This individual thrives in dynamic customer-facing environments, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must, while fluency in multiple languages would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you? Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience. In this role, you will:

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique, and manage inbound calls
• Provide written responses to customers inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing a wide variety of topics such as hours of operation and queries about the repair process
