Urbana's Lounge Host provides an incredible experience for guests visiting our luxurious consumption lounge. You will be an ambassador, providing a great guest experience with knowledge of our products, Cannabis and a commitment to hospitality.
If you love working in an energized, community setting, in an industry that is all about making people feel good, this is the job for you.
Your working hours will primarily be in the lounge. Duties will involve delivering a great guest experience, caring for guests and supporting events like comedy night, salsa lessons and more.
We provide continuous cannabis education and are looking for team members who are curious about the science of cannabis. We are committed to our culture of learning and sharing what we learn with our customers and each other. If you don't have cannabis experience and you love taking care of people we'd love to talk. Applicants with restaurant and hospitality experience are especially encouraged to apply.
