Job Title: Experienced Producer

We are looking for an experienced producer to oversee the comprehensive production process for the new center transformation. This contract position involves managing every aspect of the project, from construction to creative installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus on project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute project timelines to ensure the successful completion of the center transformation.
• Coordinate efforts among creative teams, contractors, and university stakeholders.
• Oversee the logistics and installation of physical elements, including freestanding walls, large-scale photography, and interactive displays.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure all project goals are met effectively.
• Resolve challenges promptly to keep the project on track.
• Facilitate communication across all parties involved to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Manage resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines during all phases of the project.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of tasks, timelines, and outcomes throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production or project management, particularly for large-scale physical or experiential projects.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Proficiency in basic office tools, including Microsoft Word and general computer skills.
• Reliable transportation to facilitate on-site coordination and management.
• Familiarity with scanning and documentation processes.
