We're seeking a Field Service Supervisor in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead a team of service technicians and deliver exceptional commercial HVAC service experiences.

Impact

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team of commercial HVAC service technicians
- Provide technical support and guidance on complex repairs and diagnostics
- Conduct field visits to assess job progress and customer satisfaction
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching for improvement
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize daily schedules and routes
- Review and approve service estimates and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in customer meetings to address service concerns and opportunities

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong technical skills
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- EPA Universal certification required
- Excellent communication and people development abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves
- Trade license in HVAC or mechanical systems
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications
