Local tech warehouse in need of a Computer Data Wiping technician. This position will require that you process testing and data wiping procedures on a variety of IT equipment including servers, laptops, desktops, networking devices, printers, copiers and monitors.

Pay: 22

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 7 am -3:30 pm

Duties:

Test IT hardware can include, but not be limited to systems, servers, networking devices, laptops and printers.

Test items according to the product family testing instructions.

Report all uncommon cases to team leader.

Test equipment in order provided by team leader.

Use and maintain testing equipment.

Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift boxes of 30 lbs.

Be able to stand for 8 hours.

Knowledge of IT hardware & fundamental hardware troubleshooting skills

The ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

High school diploma, relevant customer facing experience preferred.
