Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bulk Stocker to join our Bulk Department. This role is responsible for keeping bulk sections fully stocked, clean, and organized while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep assigned Bulk department sections stocked, faced, and organized
  • Assist customers and respond to store pages in a timely manner
  • Check in vendors and verify invoices using basic math
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Communicate clearly with department team members about updates or changes
  • Rotate backstock to ensure older product is used first
  • Participate in deep cleaning, sweeping, and mopping
  • Attend department meetings and participate in collective processes

Essential Functions
  • Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and safely
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Safely use tools such as box cutters, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
  • Stock bulk bins and monitor product movement and high-selling items
  • Push, front, and move up to 50 pounds using proper ergonomics
  • Read and speak English clearly to assist customers
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene codes at all times

Additional Qualifications
  • Knowledge of products (usage, sourcing, delivery schedules), or willingness to learn
  • Courteous, cooperative, and customer-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • Awareness of products in other store departments

Wages & Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $22.60/hour
