Mechanics Bank is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the El Cerrito Branch.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with banking transactions, offering referrals for additional products and services, and delivering excellent customer service. They are accountable for operational quality and accuracy, including cash balancing processes, and must follow all policies, procedures, and banking regulations. The role involves working with the leadership team to achieve goals related to deposit growth, business and consumer relationships, and operational soundness.
