Oracle Alliance Driver Manager - CX PwC

We are looking for an experienced Partner & Alliance Management professional to grow strategic alliances, lead teams, and drive client success across PwC priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage strategic alliances to enhance client service capabilities
• Lead teams and manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning
• Mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Create and support joint go-to-market business plans with alliance partners
• Work with partners to deliver multi-competency solutions for client challenges
• Align business plans with PwCs strategy and objectives
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within alliances
• Assess top-quality deliverables and maintain professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management, or a related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and successful programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in managing and enhancing resell programs
• Risk management and operational excellence experience
• Executive?level reporting and performance tracking skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with alliance stakeholders
• Support key interactions between PwC and alliance executives
• Develop joint business strategies and go?to?market plans
• Align alliance plans with PwC sector and account priorities
• Lead cross?functional teams and large?scale initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $73,500 $212,280 (Washington state: $73,500 $244,000). Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
