Call Center Agent

This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying client needs, and finding solutions. Working conditions include a remote setup, shift-based work in a call center that operates 24/7, and adherence to the Pacific Time Zone.

Technical and physical requirements include a high-speed and stable internet connection, a modern laptop/desktop with a working headset and mic (minimum of I-5 generation 10 for processor and 12GB RAM), a quiet place to work without any background noises, and power and internet back-up.
