A Senior Premier Relationship Executive is focused on managing and expanding a portfolio of mass affluent clients. In this role, you will partner with multiple branch locations and a dedicated team of financial advisors to explore new opportunities and provide an exceptional experience. Your customer-centric approach will prioritize individual client goals through personalized financial planning and tailored solutions.
As a Licensed Senior Premier Relationship Executive, you will:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, offering personalized attention to uncover clients' specific financial needs.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies while delivering meaningful solutions.
- Work collaboratively with branch teams and community partners to build valuable relationships and enhance the customer experience.

- Proactively manage an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients across various branch locations.
- Engage clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions in adherence to compliance policies.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to cultivate strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify other sales opportunities within your assigned client portfolio, delivering exceptional results.
- Review credit applications and ensure adherence to sound credit practices.
- Conduct quality customer review meetings to enhance retention and scope of relationships.
- Participate actively in community initiatives to discover new prospects.
- Provide mentorship and training to branch personnel on managing interactions with mass affluent clients.
- Educate clients on digital banking options and guide them in utilizing self-service technologies.
- Liaise with clients and various departments to ensure excellent product support and swift problem resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Bank policies and ethical standards to prevent fraud and ensure security.
- Analyze risks and take appropriate actions to maintain operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience; a related post-secondary degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years in financial services with in-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
- Required: SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, Life & Health licenses to be obtained within six months if not currently held.
- Advanced understanding of banking products, cash flow analysis, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of brokerage, insurance products, business services, and personal trust management.
- Strong client portfolio management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong collaborative abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and make data-driven decisions independently.
U.S. Only: This role will involve originating consumer loans in accordance with relevant regulations. A criminal background review and credit evaluation will be necessary.
Salary: $63,300.00 - $117,200.00
