Our Next Generation Marketing team operates as a startup within EPAM, combining entrepreneurial energy with global scale.
As Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Consulting , you will lead client engagements focused on transforming marketing technology ecosystems and operating models. This role is ideal for a senior marketing technology leader who understands how platforms, data, and teams work together - and who enjoys partnering closely with clients to drive meaningful change.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients design and activate modern MarTech stacks while translating marketing strategy into scalable execution and contributing to overall practice growth. Light travel required (approximately one week per quarter).
Responsibilities
Lead marketing technology and marketing operations engagements as a trusted client advisor
Shape end-to-end MarTech strategies, including ecosystem design, activation, and optimization
Guide clients on how platforms such as SFMC, CDPs, DAM/PIM, CMS, analytics, and enterprise systems work together to support marketing goals
Leverage EPAM's expertise in custom software, data, and product development to help design and deliver differentiated marketing technology solutions
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand engagements
Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of marketing technology consultants
Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital/omnichannel marketing strategy
Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms
Ability to bridge marketing strategy and technology without a development-heavy or IT-first focus
Proven success delivering consultative, client-facing solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
Nice to have
Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Braze, SAP)
Familiarity with data strategy, customer profiles, and segmentation
Exposure to AI applications in marketing
Experience helping build or scale a new practice or capability
