Agency 44 is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates in the San Francisco area to support hands-on gifting and packaging projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, fast-paced work and take pride in accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with load-in and setup of fulfillment spaces (tables, supplies, organization)
• Receiving, counting, and organizing inventory; flagging missing or damaged items
• Supporting structured packing and assembly of gifting boxes according to guidelines
• Labeling, staging, and preparing shipments for domestic and international delivery
• Maintaining a clean, efficient workspace and supporting team workflow
• Assisting with outbound shipping and coordinating carrier pickups when needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Availability for daytime shifts, occasional longer days may be required
• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area

This is a project-based, on-site role supporting premium gifting programs for corporate clients.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate based on industry comps and experience. There is potential for growth based on performance and evolving company needs.
