POSITION SUMMARY

The Paint Sales Associate Role is responsible for all phases of the paint department including, but not limited to responsible for paint/color matching. Stocking shelves and inventory control. Loss prevention. Fronting and facing. Keeping a clean department. And providing knowledgeable and courteous answers to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Have the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to multitask while being fast, accurate, and efficient.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the painting industry.

Enjoy helping customers and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating an energetic, friendly, and positive demeanor.

• Experience in a fast-paced hardware retail environment
