Associate Attorney Position

We are a civil litigation firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our team. We offer a diverse caseload with opportunities to gain experience in various areas of civil litigation, including public entity defense and construction defect.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of assigned cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, managing discovery, and attending court hearings.
• Provide timely and accurate advice and counsel to clients.
• Work independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while managing a diverse caseload.
• Additional responsibilities may include document review, legal research, and motion practice.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in CA.
• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
