divh2Program Manager, GTM Monetization/h2pThe Program Manager, GTM Monetization will support execution of Nextpowers product and service workstreams focused on market readiness, commercial rollout, and internal alignment. This individual will coordinate activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field Services to ensure smooth execution, clear accountability, and timely delivery of all milestones. They will maintain rollout trackers, readiness checklists, and summarize progress across workstreams for biweekly executive reporting./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pCommercial Rollout Execution/pulliSupport implementation of rollout plans across multiple product and service workstreams./liliMaintain standardized trackers, checklists, and milestone dashboards to monitor progress and dependencies./liliCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure readiness and timely execution of deliverables./liliIdentify risks and escalate issues to ensure accountability and on-time completion./li/ulh3Cross-Functional Coordination/h3ulliCollaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field Services to align timelines, materials, and resources./liliTrack enablement activities including training, communications, and launch documentation./liliEnsure consistent visibility and communication across functions to maintain execution discipline./li/ulh3Reporting Executive Visibility/h3ulliPrepare concise biweekly executive summaries highlighting status, risks, and next steps across all workstreams./liliMaintain high-level dashboards and trackers to support leadership visibility./liliMonitor KPIs related to rollout execution, adoption, and overall readiness./li/ulh3Process Tools/h3ulliStandardize rollout templates, progress trackers, and communication frameworks./liliSupport continuous improvement of commercial implementation processes across products and regions./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli5+ years of experience in program or project management supporting commercial, GTM, or operations execution./liliStrong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams./liliProficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint)./liliBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred./li/ulh3Preferred Experience/h3ulliExperience in solar, renewable energy, or industrial technology industries./liliFamiliarity with product commercialization, market rollout, and cross-functional program execution./liliUnderstanding of solar project lifecycles and operational implementation practices./li/ulpNextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary range for this position is 120,000.00 to 140,000.00 plus a commission structure based on commission calculation, such as percentage of sales or specific metrics.
