Job Description

All hourly store team members are required to perform a variety of tasks in a fast?paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk?in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily; training provided.
• Manage communication with customers and co?workers, both verbally and in writing.
• Accurately calculate and provide correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50?lb, carry trays, push/pull on dollies, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and crouch as required.
• Reach and handle equipment and supplies up to 72 and below.
• Manipulate hands for tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza peel, cutting, and assembling boxes.
• Use tools such as computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and peel.

Qualifications

Motor coordination, numerical ability, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a hot, dusty, and sometimes adverse environment.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather, temperatures from 36F to 90F+, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Driver/Store Management Duties (if applicable)

• Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Use company?insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigate adverse terrain within the delivery area.
• Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
• Deliver multiple orders per shift.

Essential Skills

• Reading maps and locating addresses within a delivery zone.
• Driving skills, including day and night vision.
• Driving within five or more flights of stairs when required.
