Join our Heartline in making a difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. As a volunteer, you'll provide compassionate support by sharing resources, offering a listening ear, and helping individuals feel seen and heard.

No prior experience is required -- just empathy, patience, and a willingness to connect. All volunteers receive appropriate training to ensure you feel prepared and confident in your role.

What volunteers do:

• Make phone calls to individuals interested in our services
• All calls are made through our organization's Google Voice number
• Share information about local resources (shelter, healthcare, etc)
• Offer a supportive conversation and emotional connection
• Help clients navigate available services

Commitment

• Minimum 1 shift per month (3-4 hours) is required
• Flexible schedule --- volunteer as often as you can. Every interaction counts!
