What Youll Do

• Be the first point of contact for client families and visitors, offering support with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, provide accurate information, and resolve inquiries when possible.
• Research, reconcile, and maintain records accurately.
• Assist with clerical tasks, data entry, and administrative projects.
• Verify burial records and service details when needed.
• Support the Family Service team with a variety of customer service and office duties.

• Experience Prior customer service and/or clerical experience preferred but not required.
