The Role:

Were hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Operations team. This is a foundational, entry-level role for someone excited to help shape how we communicate with and support our policyholders homeowners navigating insurance in a changing climate.

Youll work closely with the Head of Commercial & Operations and our Underwriting teams to support homeowners and brokers through every step of the insurance experience from answering questions to processing policy changes and tracking claims. Youll also help us implement communication workflows and documentation systems that become the backbone of our support function.
