A mission-driven real estate developer with a strong pipeline of projects across the Bay Area is looking for an Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of its growing portfolio. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on impactful community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee job cost accounting using Yardi Voyager
• Lead monthly/quarterly job cost reviews and reporting
• Forecast project cash needs and review construction contracts
• Manage accruals, cost transfers, and job closeouts
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and audit prep
• Mentor staff and improve reporting processes

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in real estate
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and job cost accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Yardi highly preferred)
• CPA and experience with multi-entity property accounting is a plus
