Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their client's team in Daly City, CA. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient management of front desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide general information and support to visitors and staff.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
Required Work Hours

The position requires working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite in Daly City, CA.
Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
