Position Summary
Pick parts and perform various types of product packing and shipping; stock incoming materials and prepare shipments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Process shipments including sorting, logging, packing, and shipping.
- Audits each shipment prior to packing so that goods match order.
- Packs and labels product based on established standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Respond to requests to trace of missing shipments.
- Two years' related experience in picking parts and shipping and receiving.
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Some computer skills a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
- Stand for prolonged periods.
- Work in a warehouse environment
- Noise level is moderate to loud
- Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm onsite in Hayward, CA office five days a week
