What You'll Do

Build Safety Excellence

• Design and roll out comprehensive safety programs that align with OSHA standards and industry best practices for fast-paced retail environments
• Conduct proactive safety inspections and audits, spotting potential hazards before they become issues
• Lead incident investigations with empathy and precision, developing action plans that prevent future occurrences

Drive Compliance & Culture

• Ensure flawless compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations across all retail and office locations
• Maintain meticulous safety documentation and records that stand up to any audit
• Create engaging safety training programs that educate and inspire employees, contractors, and visitors

Empower & Elevate

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of hands-on safety experience in retail environments (you understand the unique challenges of customer-facing spaces!)
• Strong command of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Outstanding communication skills-you can explain complex safety concepts in ways that resonate with diverse audiences
• Natural organizational abilities with talent for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
