responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspection, auditing, and maintenance of lab areas to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and the protection of intellectual property (IP).
- Sustain and govern existing lab services to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
- Support lab improvement projects by collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to:
- Minimize inventory variances.
- Resolve operational issues within the lab.
- Implement and continuously improve processes related to safety, IP protection, and overall lab efficiency.
- Minimize inventory variances.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including misidentified or out-of-balance items, by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid re-occurrence.
- Act as a liaison between lab users and management, gathering and providing feedback to continually improve lab services.
- Manage material inventory, including stocking, tracking, and dispensing materials to lab users as needed.
