responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspection, auditing, and maintenance of lab areas to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and the protection of intellectual property (IP).

  • Sustain and govern existing lab services to ensure continuous and reliable operation.

  • Support lab improvement projects by collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to:

    • Minimize inventory variances.

    • Resolve operational issues within the lab.

    • Implement and continuously improve processes related to safety, IP protection, and overall lab efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including misidentified or out-of-balance items, by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid re-occurrence.

  • Act as a liaison between lab users and management, gathering and providing feedback to continually improve lab services.

  • Manage material inventory, including stocking, tracking, and dispensing materials to lab users as needed.
