Fine Jewelry Sales Associate (In-Person) 💎

We're a San Francisco–based fine jewelry brand looking for an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our in-person showroom team.

Compensation

• $20–$25/hour (depending on experience)
• 
  
• 5% commission on sales

What you'll do

• Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience in our showroom
• 
  
• Confidently present fine jewelry pieces, including engagement rings and custom designs
• 
  
• Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
• 
  
• Guide clients through the full sales process, from first interaction to close
• 
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• 
  
• Coordinate with the internal team on orders and follow-ups

What we're looking for

• Prior fine jewelry sales experience (required)
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
• 
  
• Comfortable selling high-value items to discerning clients
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• 
  
• Able to work in person in San Francisco
