Call Center Representative I

Location: San Francisco, California onsite work required.

Base Pay

$21.00/hr $22.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all tolling and/or administrative customer inquiries using training resources and knowledge management systems.
• Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information.
• Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.
• Submit research requests concisely and accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
• Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws.
• Provide support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
