Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with casino personnel and dealers
• Handle casino chips
• Verify game fairness and accuracy
• Promptly report any suspicious activity
• Support exceptional customer service by fostering a positive and professional environment for guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in mental math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Open availability for the casinos 24/7 hours of operation
• Ability to pass a lifetime background check, credit check, and drug screen for state licensure

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3 to 4 hours at a time
• Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner
• Able to lift 510 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
• Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
• Has necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
• Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
• Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour (Additional $2/hour for late-night shifts)
• Shifts: 4 days, 10 hours (Full-Time; weekend availability required)
• Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm
