The Retail Stock Sales Associate plays a dual role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized sales floors while assisting customers with their purchases and product inquiries. Working closely with both the stock and sales teams, the associate helps receive and process shipments, replenish merchandise, and ensure the store environment is visually appealing and easy to shop. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive, engaging shopping experience. An interest in designer toys will make you a competitive candidate for this position. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Operations Manager and Store Manager.
