Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedulestraining provided.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes when needed.
• Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate customer database information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Protect customer privacy and proprietary information.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Comfortable sitting at a desk with computer and phone.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
