Organization: Alignerr Position: Python Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60-$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

- Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions.

- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.

- Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.

- 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.

- Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

Preferred:

- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
