• Experience supporting class and collective actions and employment/wage and hour claims.
• Must know at a confident, expert level how to run Tables of Authorities, and research case law on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
• Trial experience is preferable.
• Has been in the class action, employment sector for at least 3 years (not overall paralegal years).
• Proactive, communicative, thrives in a high volume environment.
