Job Description: Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays. Productivity requirement of 5 pts per day

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- BLS (AHA)
- CA OT Certification

Shift: 5 x 8 Days 8A-5P; weekend rotation required
