Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect

• 10+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ (4+ years required) and Salesforce Billing (preferred).
• Responsible for designing and architecting Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom apps.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, QA, DevOps).

• Proven Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer experience.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and scalable solution design.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in:

• 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience (Billing experience is a strong plus).

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ & Billing.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
