Business Solutions Manager with Ultimate Staffing

Ultimate Staffing is conducting a search for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational functions for a growing organization in Fremont, CA.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily production activities and coordinate with external manufacturing partners to meet quality, safety, and delivery requirements.
• Manage teams in production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability for production.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, finance, and sales teams to align operational priorities.

What Were Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in SAP (production and inventory modules required).
• 5-10+ years of experience in operations management within telecom, network infrastructure, or related manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage internal production and subcontracted vendors.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem?solving skills.
• Ability to work on?site in Fremont, CA.

Preferred

• Background in fiber optic or network connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Bachelors degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full?time, Monday?Friday, first shift.
• Competitive salary range: $90,000?$140,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
