As a Operations Manager, youll be the backbone of our physical deployment and servicing operations in the US. Youll lead the rollout of our mall? and retailer?based Orb installations, ensuring each site is launched on time, online, and operator?ready. Youll manage a small, distributed team of Field Specialists while remaining hands?on, from inspecting logistics deliveries to troubleshooting an Orbs network connection yourself. Youll work closely with the GM US, central logistics, and partner teams to design launch plans, train site staff, and maintain ops excellence across hundreds of sites. This is a highly hands?on, travel?intensive role requiring exceptional organization, resilience, and leadership in fast?moving environments.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $200,000 $245,000, plus a competitive long?term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
