Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written). Strong communication skills, including active listening. Customer service experience (preferred but not required). Computer literacy with attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry. Calmness and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift is 8:50PM - 12:50AM including Fridays and Saturdays. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
