Job Details

We are looking for a full-time litigator to join one of our top legal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Prosecuting and defending civil lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies
• Negotiating settlements and preparing for trial
• Researching and drafting legal documents
• Working closely with clients and other members of the legal team

Qualifications for the position include:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of experience as a litigator
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Salary is up to 150K with Great Benefits, PTO, and Holidays!
