We are hiring a part time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry individual who can work 20 hours a week and provides essential data-management and administrative support to the Aquatic Park Senior Center. This position is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining participant, program, and service data within the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) GetCare system, My Senior Center (MSC), and internal databases.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting high-quality service delivery for older adults. The Administrative Assistant helps ensure data integrity, supports contract compliance, and contributes to the smooth operation of programming across the center.
