Ricker Thermline Incorporated is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing field operations team. In this role, you'll be part of a skilled crew specializing in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and the construction of cold storage facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of cold storage facilities and insulated metal panels (IMPs).
  • Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Support site supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
  • Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
  • Travel to job sites within the Bay Area and nationwide as needed.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
  • Participate in site inspections and maintenance checks.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • No prior experience requiredconstruction or labor experience is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety?first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
  • Full?time, Monday Friday
  • 810 hour shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed
  • Morning, evening, and overnight shifts may be required depending on project needs


Work Location

Projects based in the Bay Area with frequent travel nationwide. Travel expenses and per diem are covered by the company.
