Compensation Range: $25 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.

Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.
- Cooling tower and condenser maintenance - coils, evaporators and tubes
- Clean and perform routine maintenance as required
- Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.
- General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid Vehicle Operators license
- Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.
- Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance
