Job Title: Facilities Project Manager

Job Location: Walnut Creek, CA.

Type: Full time/Permanent

Job Duties: Test and consulting services for the build environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, build envelope consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services. Exhibit responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation. Occasional field and laboratory testing. Interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects. Prepare reports and proposals. Maintain and develop a client database. Manage budgets and prepare invoices. Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE.

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation. 1 year of experience with: Façade assessments of commercial and multi-family residential structures including brick masonry, steel siding, curtain wall systems, window wall systems, CMU masonry walls, Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS), and concrete precast/cast in place panels; roof condition assessments; water intrusion surveys; preparing proposals; preparing cost estimates.

Offered Salary: $108,570/year
