A growing production brewery and taproom in Richmond, CA is seeking an experienced Cellar Technician to support fermentation, filtration, packaging, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks. This role is essential to maintaining high-quality beer production in a fast-paced environment. Being passionate about beer is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain fermentation, filtration, and packaging systems
• Record operations in Ekos software
• Assist with inventory control and general brewery operations
• Perform DE and centrifuge filtration
• Operate canning line equipment (Depal, Filler, Seamer, Labeler, PackTech, cartons)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a sanitary environment
• Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness
• Operate a forklift

• Minimum 2 years of professional brewing experience (or willingness to train the right candidate)
• Experience with filtration, packaging, and cellar operations
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work at heights, and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends may be required)
• Must be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., and hold a valid CA driver's license
