Job Title: Vehicle Safety Operator

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: Evening and Nights

Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary Range: $25.25- $29.03

Role Overview

The AI Vehicle Safety Operator rides in a vehicle equipped with Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology to monitor safety, provide a pleasant customer experience, be attentive, alert, and ready to take control if needed. This role does not require strong technical skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ride with customers during FSD trips
• Take control of the vehicle only if the FSD system requires intervention
• Provide a pleasant customer experience, remain attentive and alert

Skills and Experience

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid California driver's license required
• Proof of insurance under your name required
• Clean driving record
• Able to speak English
• Safety-focused and able to follow signals and instructions
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to ride in vehicles for an extended period
