About the Position

Your responsibility is to walk them through what's available, clarify their questions, and ensure they feel confident and supported throughout the consultation.
Primary Duties
Lead virtual appointments through phone or video platforms
Clearly explain benefit programs in a friendly, professional manner
Conduct follow-ups, policy check-ins, and ongoing member support
Maintain accurate digital records and follow compliance guidelines
Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with the families you assist
