Gift Processing Assistant

At Bishop O'Dowd High School, every gift helps shape a more just, joyful, and sustainable world. The Gift Processing Assistant ensures donations arehandled accurately, acknowledged promptly, and recorded with care supporting our mission and our students every day.
Key Benefits
- $31.00 - $37.00 per hour, dependent on experience
- Vacation, holidays, and sick time
- Health, vision, and dental insurance
- 403(b) eligibility + 8% employer pension plan contribution after 6 months
- 1-2 remote days per week after onboarding (work dependent)

Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter charitable gifts accurately and on time
- Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and correspondence
- Maintain and update donor and constituent records
- Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and pledge follow-up
- Support monthly gift reconciliation with the Business Office
- Help prepare mailing lists and materials for events and communications
What We're Looking For in a Gift Processing Assistant
- Administrative, data entry, or office support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with databases and office software
- Clear communication and discretion with sensitive information
- Associate's degree required
