Vehicle Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and engineering industry, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be part of the Base Operations supporting fleet maintenance and lab operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: 40/hr.

Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-10:30 pm

What's the Job?

  • Configure, set up, and maintain fleet vehicles to ensure safe on-road operation
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on vehicles
  • Coordinate repair processes and escalate issues to engineering teams when necessary
  • Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records
  • Maintain shop facilities, organize tools, and ensure workspace is in excellent condition

What's Needed?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle parts, tools, and repair techniques
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and a responsible work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively
