Essential Duties:

• Lead and manage device deployment projects (MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads)
• Coordinate closely with deployment technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Engage with end users during rollout to ensure smooth adoption and resolve issues
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for device management and lifecycle
• Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives beyond device rollout as needed

Top Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure project management
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
• Strong background in device management and rollout across mixed environments (Mac, Windows, iOS)
• Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
