Professional House Cleaners Wanted – East Bay
Independent Contractor (1099)
Maid In The Bay Area is a family-owned cleaning company based in Hayward, CA. Due to increased demand, we're looking for 2–3 experienced, professional house cleaners to service clients in Hayward, Oakland, Pleasanton, and nearby areas.
This is not an employee position. You choose which jobs to accept.
Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
We work only with experienced professionals.
Must have:
-2 years of paid residential cleaning experience
-Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
-Your own cleaning supplies & equipment
-Basic English communication skills
-Willing to pass a background check
-Professional, respectful, and trustworthy in clients' homes
-No soliciting our clients for side work (strictly enforced)
Preferred:
-Business liability insurance (insured cleaners get priority jobs)
References, before/after photos, website, or social media page
If you are looking to pick up clients privately from our jobs, do not apply.
