Field Service Technician - San Francisco, CA

Ronnoco Coffee, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the San Francisco, CA area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of beverage equipment at customer locations and will have accountability for parts & equipment inventory. The Field Service Technician will also be part of our travel team that services a number of out-of-state accounts throughout the country, so qualified candidates will be willing to travel frequently, including spending full weeks in different territories as needed. We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑focused, flexible team player.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Plumbing and electrical experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a field service technician and/or route delivery role
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Team player
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. unassisted
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
