Responsibilities
- Carry out month‑end close procedures
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Ensure records are being maintained timely, accurately and in compliance with GAAP or other basis of accounting.
- General ledger review and analysis.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of a larger ERP system
- Perform numerical and financial calculations
- General knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
